Ingredients For homemade cinnamon chips

  • 1 pack
    fajita size flour tortillas
  • 1/4 C
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 C
    sugar
  • canola oil, for frying
  • honey if desired

How To Make homemade cinnamon chips

  • 1
    Combine cinnamon and sugar together, adjusting amounts if necessary. Cut each tortilla into 8-10 triangles.

    Fry in oil, in small batches until crispy and golden brown
  • 3
    After each batch, drain on paper towels and dust in cinnamon-sugar mixture. When they're all done, toss together, and serve warm, with honey drizzled on top if desired
