Ingredients For homemade brownie mix

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder

How To Make homemade brownie mix

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Place mixed dry ingredients into zip lock sandwich or qt zip lock bag.

    Write on bag with permanent marker; At baking time, place into med. sized bowl and add; 2 eggs, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, and 1 t vanilla. BAKE @ 350 for 20 - 25 min, in a 8" x 8" OR 9" x 9" pan Done when inserted toothpick poked into middle, comes out clean.
