I got this recipe many years ago and whenever I'm asked to bring dessert, this is the most requested.

Ingredients For hawaiian bars

1 cflour
-
1/2 cpowdered sugar

1/2 cbutter
-
8 ozcream cheese
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
1 1/2 Tbspmilk
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1egg beaten
-
8 ozcrushed pineapple drained

1 ccoconut
How To Make hawaiian bars

1Mix with a fork flour, powdered sugar and butter and press into 9x9 ungreased pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

2Mix remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Sprinkle coconut over the top. Bake at 350 for an additional 15 minutes.
