1/2 Tbspyeast

1 1/2 Tbspbutter, melted

1 Tbspground cinnamon

1/4 cchopped nuts

3 Tbspbrown sugar

3 Tbspsugar

1/4 cbutter, melted
- FILLING INGREDIENTS

1/2 cwarm water

1/2 cwarm milk

1egg, room temperature

2 Tbspoil
-
3/4 tspsalt

1/4 csugar

3 cbread flour

2 Tbsphot coffee
How To Make grandma cinnamon rolls

1Place ingredients into pan in the order listed.

2Select manual or dough setting.

3After the machine has completed the second rising, it will beep.

4On a lightly floured surface, roll or pat to 12\"x9\" rectangle.

5Brush with melted butter.

6Combine sugars, nuts and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.

7Starting with shorter side, roll up tightly.

8Pinch edge to seal.

9Cut into 12 slices.

10Place on greased 13\"x9\" pan.

11Or cut 9 slices, throw away the two end pieces and place in 9\" round pan, with one in the middle and the rest arranged around the outside.

12Cover; let rise in a warm place until almost double in volume, (about 30 minutes).

13Preheat oven to 375.

14Bake 20-25 minutes.

15To prepare glaze, combine sugar, melted butter, maple extract and hot coffee.

16Blend until smooth.

17Drizzle over hot rolls.
