A very delicious and unique twist to the ordinary chocolate brownie!!

Ingredients For gingerbread brownies

  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/3 c
    molasses
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • powdered sugar

How To Make gingerbread brownies

  • 1
    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and cloves in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine melted butter, molasses and eggs. Add to flour mixture and stir until combined. Batter will be thick. Spread in a greased 13X9X2 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Do not overbake. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
