We make gingerbread cookies for Christmas every year, and I love those flavors. This recipe has all that deliciousness in a brownie form. These are so rich, you don't need any frosting! This is a quick and easy treat to whip up on chilly days. Enjoy :)

Ingredients For gingerbread blondies

2 stickbutter, salted

2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2eggs

1 1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 Tbspmolasses

2 1/4 call purpose flour

2 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tsppumpkin pie spice mix

3/4 tspclove, ground

2 dashsalt

1/2 tspginger powder

1 Tbspginger paste
How To Make gingerbread blondies

1Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, salt, and dry spices in a small bowl, set aside.

2Melt butter in microwave and let cool for a few minutes.

3Add melted butter to brown sugar in large mixing bowl and beat on low until combined. Beat in vanilla and eggs.

4Add molasses, ginger paste, and flour mixture. Mix until combined.

5Spread mixture into a well greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 23-25 minutes.
