Ingredients For funnel cakes

2eggs, well beaten

3 Tbspsour cream

2 cmilk, less three tablespoons

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

3 cflour
How To Make funnel cakes

1Measure sour cream into a measuring cup and fill cup with milk to make 2 cups. Stir milk into beaten eggs. Combine dry ingredients and stir into wet. Beat until smooth. If batter isn't runny add a little more milk.

2Heat oil to 375 degrees. Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into a funnel covering the hole with your finger. Swirl batter into oil 3-6 inches in diameter.

3Once lightly browned remove to paper towel to drain. Top with icing sugar and serve with strawberries and whipped cream or ice cream, or choose your favorites.
