Blue Ribbon Recipe

Yum! This dessert is almost like an ice cream pie... with a kick from the tequila and triple sec. We were surprised at how mild the alcohol flavor is. You taste it but it does overpower the pie at all. It pairs nicely with the sweet graham cracker crust. This creamy pie is simple to throw together and great if having adult friends over for an evening.

Ingredients For frosty strawberry margarita dessert

    9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    tequila
  • 2 Tbsp
    triple sec
  • 1 pkg
    frozen strawberries, thawed, 10 oz
  • 1 c
    whipping cream, whipped

How To Make frosty strawberry margarita dessert

    Combine condensed milk, lime juice, tequila, and triple sec. Beat until smooth. Add strawberries and beat at low speed until blended.

    Fold in the whipped cream.

    Pour mixture over crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or so.

    Let stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
