This is the best recipe to make. A quick dessert for any dinner party. Crunchy outer shell filled with a rich cheese cake. Awesome.

Ingredients For fried cheese cake rolls

  • 1 sm
    cheese cake
  • 1 pkg
    eggroll wraps
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    cinnamon sugar
  • frying oil
  • ice cream
  • caramel topping

How To Make fried cheese cake rolls

  • 1
    Freeze cheese cake for 30 minutes to firm up the cheese cake. Can use already frozen but thaw so it can be cut into small slices.

    Cut cheese cake into 1/4 to 1/2 " slices. Just enough to fill the center of an eggroll wrapper. Roll the cheese cake in the wrapper like you would a regular egg roll. Place all the cheese cake rolls on a plate and place it in the freezer.

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a fry pan until hot but not smoking. You can test it with a small piece of eggroll wrapper to see if it is ready.

    Take cheesecake rolls out of the freezer and fry in the oil until golden brown. Place on paper towel then on plate. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar and then drizzle with caramel topping. Serve with ice cream sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve immediately
