I use light/low fat versions of the ingredients, but you can use the full fat versions if you want to indulge. Great either way!

Ingredients For fluffy almost guilt-free cheesecake

    reduced-calorie graham crust (or make your own in a 9" deep dish pan)
  • 1
    8 oz block light cream cheese (neufchatel)
  • 1
    8 oz container light whipped topping
  • 1
    16 oz container light sour cream
  • 2 tsp
    lemon extract (or orange, vanilla)
  • granulated sugar or splenda/truvia to taste
  • 1 can
    light cherry pie filling (optional)

How To Make fluffy almost guilt-free cheesecake

    In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, whipped topping,sour cream and lemon extract, mix by hand or with electric mixer on lower speed until well-blended. Add sugar or sweetener to taste. Spoon onto crumb crust and refrigerate about 2 hours or until well-chilled. Before serving, top with pie filling if desired.
