Ingredients For fluffy almost guilt-free cheesecake

1reduced-calorie graham crust (or make your own in a 9" deep dish pan)

18 oz block light cream cheese (neufchatel)

18 oz container light whipped topping

116 oz container light sour cream

2 tsplemon extract (or orange, vanilla)

granulated sugar or splenda/truvia to taste

1 canlight cherry pie filling (optional)
How To Make fluffy almost guilt-free cheesecake

1In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, whipped topping,sour cream and lemon extract, mix by hand or with electric mixer on lower speed until well-blended. Add sugar or sweetener to taste. Spoon onto crumb crust and refrigerate about 2 hours or until well-chilled. Before serving, top with pie filling if desired.
