Ingredients For flourless brownies (low sugar, too!)

  • 3/4 c
    almond meal
  • 2/3 c
    agave nectar
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 5 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make flourless brownies (low sugar, too!)

    Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread batter into pan.

    Bake until edges begin to pull away from side of pan, about 30 minutes. (Do not overbake). Let cool about 5 minutes before slicing.
