3/4 calmond meal

2/3 cagave nectar

1/2 cchopped walnuts

1/2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

2eggs, slightly beaten

5 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cvegetable oil

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make flourless brownies (low sugar, too!)

1Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread batter into pan.

3Bake until edges begin to pull away from side of pan, about 30 minutes. (Do not overbake). Let cool about 5 minutes before slicing.
