This is great for potlucks, unexpected guests, etc. I've had this recipe for years, and continue to get "good reviews" wherever I serve it. Serve with ice cream or cool whip. Enjoy!

Ingredients For easy southern peach cobbler

1 stickbutter or margarine

3/4 to 1 csugar

1 cmilk

1 cself-rising flour

1 lgcan of slice peaches, partially drained
How To Make easy southern peach cobbler

1Pre heat oven @ 375 degrees

2In a 2 or 3 quart (round) casserole dish, place a stick of butter/margarine and place in oven until melted.

3Mix together self-rising flour; sugar, and 1 cup milk. Beat with whisk until blended.

4Pour above mixture into melted butter in casserole dish. Add canned peaches with about 1/2 juice drained off.

5Bake @ 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes; until golden brown. Enjoy!
