I CAME UP WITH THIS RECIPE WHEN TRYING TO COME UP WITH A BANANA BREAD THAT I COULD MAKE THAT WAS DIABETIC FRIENDLY AND EASY YET TASTED GOOD. I THINK IT IS REALLY TASTY!

Ingredients For easy diabetic friendly banana bread

    'pillsbury' -sugar free yellow cake mix (16 0z.)
  • 1/3 c
    canola oil
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 3 TO 4 md
    bananas, mashed (about 1 & 1/2 c.)
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans, finely chopped (optional)

    PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES BAKE TIME: 45 TO 55 MINUTES MAKES: 2 (8X4-INCH) LOAVES OR 4 (MINI) LOAFS. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F. GENEROUSLY SPRAY DESIRED SIZE LOAF PANS WITH ‘BAKER’S JOY' NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY.
