2 cvanilla ice cream, melted

5egg yolks

1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/2 csugar
How To Make easy creme brulee

1melt the ice cream on stove top. beat the egg yolks in a bowl with half the sugar and vanilla, then "temper" the warm ice cream into the egg mixture.

2pour equally into ramikins, place on a cookie sheet and gently add hot water around perimeter...( water bath)

3bake a 350 degrees for about 30 mins...or depending on your oven maybe 40 mins....

4let cool and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

5prior to serving, sprinkle each with sugar and melt with a mini torch OR broil in oven till golden brown ....refrigerate again for another 15 mins....then serve chilled....crack the sugar top and enjoy.
