I got this recipe from a friend at church. You'll never guess that they were made with sandwich bread!

Ingredients For dessert crepes

  • 1 lb
    cream cheese
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 1/2 lb
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 33-36 slice
    white sandwich bread

How To Make dessert crepes

  • 1
    Cream 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese and yolks.
  • 2
    Mix sugar and cinnamon.
  • 3
    Remove bread crust and roll flat.
  • 4
    Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese mixture and roll up.

    Melt butter.
  • 6
    Dip rolls in butter and cinnamon -sugar mixture.

    Wrap and freeze over night.

    Take from freezer and bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes(crisp, not soft).

    Rolls can be dipped in pie filling, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, etc
