1/2 cbutter

1-1/2 cflour

1 cchopped walnuts

1 pkg(16 ounce)frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 pkg(8 ounce) cream cheese

1 cpowdered sugar

1 pkg(3.9. ounce) instant chocolate or pistachio pudding mix

2-1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts
How To Make delicious pudding dessert cake

1In a medium bowl, combine butter, flour and chopped walnuts. Mix, then pat into bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

2Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Set back into refrigerator for 10 minutes to set up.

3In a medium bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix with 2 1/2 cups milk. Mix well with hand mixer on low speed and spread over cream cheese mixture. Put back in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

4Spread remaining 1/2 container of whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

5Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
