Waiting for the bananas to ripen will be easier with this yummy bread as the result..The blacker ones are the best..almost fermented. And the surprise in the middle is Chocolate or what ever you feel like adding today.

4 Tbspcinnamon

1 pkgof your favorite giant candy bar (or sugar free bites) frozen and broken in pieces

6 lgbananas - chopped

2 cwalnut halves

2 csugar substitute

1 ccanola oil

4 lgeggs

3 call purpose flour

1 cbiz quick

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

6 Tbspmilk

1 Tbspvanilla extract
How To Make deborah's surprise banana nut bread

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Gather ingredients,and spray pans with olive oil and sprinkle bottoms with 2 tbsp. cinnamon and one tbsp. sugar alternative mixed together.

2Mix together dry ingredients and sprinkle 2 tsp of cinnamon on top. Set aside. Mix wet items together adding bananas last. Add wet into dry little at a time adding nuts last.

3Spoon mixture into pans using half of what you normally would. Lay broken candy in a row down the middle slightly overlapping each other. Cover with 3 more spoon fulls of dough. Press whole walnuts along top to make pretty.

4Oven should be ready now at 375 degrees. Bake 55 minutes or until crack along top is wide and loaves are nice and brown.Inserted knife will come out clean.Oven temps vary according to elevation so just keep an eye on it.Make this recipe your own by adding or changing ingredients. Add dried cranberries down the middle with the chocolate for a nice change.Most of all Have Fun!
