Ingredients For crumb topped banana muffins

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

3 lgbananas, mashed

3/4 csugar

1egg
-
1/3 cbutter, melted
- CRUMB TOPPING

1/3 cbrown sugar, packed
-
1 Tbspflour
-
1/8 tspcinnamon
-
1 Tbspcold butter

1/4 cchopped nuts
How To Make crumb topped banana muffins

1In bowl mix first 4 ingredients,Mix bananas, sugar, egg and butter, add in dry ingredients, mix well, but dont over mix, line muffin tins with cupcake liners, fill tins 3/4 full.

2Combine all ingredinets for topping, except the nuts, mix well and sprinkle over muffin mix, sprinkle with nuts, and bake, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, Bake at 350
