I learned to like crepes in Belgium. You can fill them with savory or sweet fillings, whichever you prefer. I even used this recipe for a demonstrative speech! The class paid very close attention, and enjoyed the taste treats also!

Ingredients For crepes

1 1/4 cmilk

2eggs

1 Tbspmelted butter

1/4 tspsalt

1 csifted flour

4 tspsugar

How To Make crepes

1Place milk, eggs, butter, salt, sugar and flour in large bowl and beat smooth. Heat oil in fry pan. Pour in a spoonful of batter. Rotate the pan in all directions to cover surface evenly. Tip out excess batter. Cook one minute to lightly brown, then flip and brown other side.

2Place a teaspoon of butter on each crepe and serve hot, folded or rolled. Or fill with syrup, jelly or fruit.

3Can be chilled and filled with ice cream also.
