Nice Puff versatile for Cream Puffs or Eclairs you would just shape them differently. I will include a separate recipe for the cream or custard to fill these. If prefered use your own whipped cream recipe, whipped cream in a can or my recipe. This is definitely worth sharing fav. Hope you love it and Enjoy! Any questions or comments welcome. Ingredients For cream puffs and eclairs ~ sooo good

  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 lg
    eggs

How To Make cream puffs and eclairs ~ sooo good

    Sift Flour, measure and set aside, slice UNSALTED Butter into small patties and set aside, using a small dish fork whip the eggs and set aside.

    Now Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and get a cookie sheet pan ready and grease with Butter and set aside.

    Using a non stick med sized pot, pour in your Water and turn heat up to medium and add butter patties. Bring to a rolling boil.

    Now add all your Flour at once and quickly stir off the heat. Keep stirring about 1-2 min. A ball will form and now set the pot aside for a min or two to cool OFF THE HEAT. While warm but not hot add the whipped eggs and stir. I use a mixer on med for a minute or two till its uniform and lumps are gone. Mixture will look real soft and blended.
  • Dough ready to go!

    Now using a large spoon make piles of dough. This will make 8 - 10 medium shells. Place in hot oven for 35-40 min till light golden brown.

    When done remove pan on cool surface. Sprinkle generously with powder sugar. Poke a small hole but no more than half way with a knife carefully through the top of each just one time just enough to puncture top of shell. This helps cooling.

    10-15 min your ready to carefully cut horizontally in half, fill with fresh whipped cream, optional chocolate drizzle and ENJOY!
