Ingredients For cream puffs

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • pinch
    salt
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    sugar free instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c
    half and half

How To Make cream puffs

  • 1
    Heat water and butter to boiling adding salt. Pour in flour, all at once and beat taking off heat. Add one egg at a time and beat into mixture. Mount with spoon onto baking pan (no greased) and bake at 425 for about 20 to 25 minutes. Tops will look dry.

    Whip the pudding and 1/2 and 1/2 . When puffs are cool slice in 1/2 and add filling. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
