I make this frosting specifically for my red velvet poke cake and oh my goodness it is amazing. I hope you all enjoy it just as much as my family does.

Ingredients For cream cheese frosting

  • 2- 8oz pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 stick
    butter, slightly melted
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make cream cheese frosting

  • 1
    In a large bowl combine cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla and blend.
  • 2
    Add 2 cups of powdered sugar, blend.
  • 3
    Add remaining powdered sugar, blend. If you feel your frosting is to thick add 1/4 cup milk. Top your cake and Enjoy!
