cream cheese and honey turnovers

This is my take on the very traditional Puerto Rican "quesitos." They remind me of my island and my childhood. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Oh yum! As you bite into the puff pastry, there's a lovely crunch from the buttery, flaky crust. The honey-vanilla cream cheese filling is smooth and creamy. It has a nice tang from the cream cheese, but the honey adds a hint of sweetness. The sprinkled sugar on top adds to the sweetness. These are simple yet delicious.
