Wait until peaches are in season to whip up this delightful & easy fruit soup. Serve it as an appetizer or a dessert! Needs to chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients For cold peach soup

  • 1 1/2 lb
    fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
  • 1-8 oz.
    sour cream
  • 1-8 oz.
    peach yogurt
  • 1 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • fresh mint sprigs

How To Make cold peach soup

  • 1
    Process the peaches in a food processor until smooth. Add sour cream & next 4 ingredients; process until mixture is smooth & blended.

    Press peach mixture through a wire mesh strainer or several layer of cheese cloth into a large bowl. Add sugar, stirring well. Cover & chill 2 hours. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls; garnish, if desired.
