Wait until peaches are in season to whip up this delightful & easy fruit soup. Serve it as an appetizer or a dessert! Needs to chill at least 2 hours before serving.

1 1/2 lbfresh peaches, peeled & sliced

1-8 oz.sour cream

1-8 oz.peach yogurt

1 1/2 corange juice

1 cpineapple juice
-
1 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspsugar

fresh mint sprigs
How To Make cold peach soup

1Process the peaches in a food processor until smooth. Add sour cream & next 4 ingredients; process until mixture is smooth & blended.

2Press peach mixture through a wire mesh strainer or several layer of cheese cloth into a large bowl. Add sugar, stirring well. Cover & chill 2 hours. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls; garnish, if desired.
