My boyfriend likes them very much.The first time i made them was because i had some leftover coconut rum.He ate 3 as they were warm know i bake them once a month

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    coconut extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 c
    milk (any )
  • 1/4 c
    coconut
  • 1/4 c
    coconut rum
  • CREAM BUTTER,SUGAR AND EGGS TOGETHER.ADD VANILLE AND COCONUT EXTRACT MIX WELL.COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS IN BOWL.ADD HALF OF IT INTO THE BUTTER MIX.ADD MILK,ONCE MIXED ADD THE OTHER HALF. ADD COCONUT RUM AND FOLD IN SHREEDED COCONUT.PUT IN CUP CAKES HOL

    heat the oven on 350 and bake for 25 minutes.Let them cool down and frost them after.
