1 cgranulated sugar

2 1/2 ccoconut milk, unsweetened

1 cevaporated milk
How To Make coconut gulaman

1Dissolve gelatin in water.

2Add sugar, coconut milk and dissolved gelatin to a saucepan and cook over very low heat for 20 minutes. Do not let it boil. Add milk. .

3Pour into an 8-inch square pan and cool. Cover and chill until set. Cut into squares to serve.
