These are quick and easy. You can also dust the top of the brownies with powdered sugar if desired.

Ingredients For cocoa brownies

  • scoop
    butter, softened
  • flour for dusting
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 8 oz
    melted butter
  • 1 1/4 c
    cocoa
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt

How To Make cocoa brownies

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 300. Butter and flour an 8 inch square pan. Beat the eggs at med. speed until fluffy and light yellow. Add both sugars. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Pour the batter into greased and floured pan and bake for 45 min. When done, remove and let cool.
