  • 1 1/4 c
    oatmeal
  • 1/3 c
    dates, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/3 c
    wheat germ
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/3 c
    chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut

How To Make cinnamon add-a-crunch topping

    Put all ingredients in a heavy skillet and "toast" 5-7 minutes. Stir constantly, until golden brown. Spread and cool on cookie sheet.
