This is a favorite recipe of mine from my grandmother. Tastes great and isn't that hard to make. I usually make 2 and freeze one of them.

Ingredients For chocolate zucchini bread

1 call purpose flour

1/2 ccocoa powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

2eggs at room temperature

1/4 cmelted butter
-
1/4 coil

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2shredded zucchii
-
1 csemi-sweet chocolate chips ,divided
How To Make chocolate zucchini bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. In bowl whisk together the flour cocoa powder,baking soda, and salt.

2In a large bowl add the eggs melted butter,oil,vanilla and brown sugar.Stir until smooth.Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in the shredded zucchini until just combined. Stir in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips.

3Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the top of bread. BAke for 50-60 minutes till golden brown.

4Can also freeze bread by wraping plastic wrap around it and then foil. Will keep for one month.
