When we lived in York, we got cheesecake for my birthday. The little restaurant we got it from shared it with me when we left...this is the recipe!

Ingredients For chocolate chip cheesecake

2 ccrushed oreos (about 24 cookies)

1/4 ccrisco, melted

38 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened

14 ozcan eagle sweetened condensed milk

3eggs

2 tspvanilla

1 tspflour

1 cminiature chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip cheesecake

1Oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs and shortening, press into bottom of a 9" springform pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs, and vanilla, then toss in 1/2 c chocolate chips coated with the flour. Stir in well. Pour into springform pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over the top. Bake 55 min or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
