Ingredients For chocolate butterscotch fondue

1/3 clight cream or half and half

1 Tbspsugar

1/4 tspsalt

1 1/2 csemi sweet chocolate chip bits

1/2 cbutterscotch chip bits

1/2 tspvanilla

1/2 tspmaple flavoring, optional

apple wedges, optional
-
cake squares, optional
-
doughnut chunks, optional
-
marshmallows, optional
-
chopped nuts, optional
How To Make chocolate butterscotch fondue

1Heat cream or half and half, sugar and salt in ceramic or metal fondue pot over direct high heat.

2Lower heat; stir in chocolate and butterscotch bits.

3Reduce heat to low and allow bits to melt, stirring constantly.

4Stir in flavorings.

5Spear dippers (above) and swirl in mixture.

6Drain and roll in finely chopped nuts, if desired.
