Ingredients For chocolate bavarian cream

1 Tbspunflavored gelatin
-
1/4 cwater
-
2squares of baking chocolate
-
1 csugar
-
1 pinchsalt
-
1/2 chot milk
-
2 cheavy cream (whipped)

2 pkglady fingers

1 tspvanilla
How To Make chocolate bavarian cream

1Soak gelatin in water. Melt chocolate in double boiler. When the Choc is melted; Add sugar, salt & hot milk. Blend.

2Add gelatin to the hot mixture. Cool, then beat mixture until spongy & light (about 2 minutes). Add vanilla.

3Fold in whipped cream.

4Line bottom and sides of Spring Form Pan with lady fingers. Pour in Chocolate mixture. Spread to edges & Chill for at least an hour. ENJOY!!
