This recipe comes out of an old Jello Cookbook. It tastes like cheesecake but there's no cheese in it. Quick and easy to make.

Ingredients For cherry-topped easier pie

14graham crackers, whole

1 pkgjello instant pudding, vanilla flavor (6 serving package)

2 ccold milk (i used skim)

1 ccool whip

1 cancherry pie filling
How To Make cherry-topped easier pie

1Line 9" square pan with whole graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary

2Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat slowly with rotary beater until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes

3Fold in 1 cup cool whip

4Spread half the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture and remaining crackers

5Top with cherry pie filling. Chill 3 hours or more
