How To Make cheesecake, mom's

1Oven to 375 degrees. Blend graham, butter, flour, cinnamon and 1/2 c sugar and use for bottom and sides of 9" springform. Save some for the top. Bake 5-8 min. Cream together remaining sugar and cream cheese, add remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Top with crumbs and bake an additional 20-25 min.
