A friend of mine found this recipe on the internet and gave it to me when she got tired of my whining about my favorite bakery not making Cappuccino Cheesecake anymore....

Ingredients For cappuccino cheesecake
- FOR CRUST:

1 2/3 cgraham crackers, crushed

1 Tbspsugar

3 Tbspbutter, melted
- FOR FILLING:

32 ozcream cheese, softened

1 csugar
-
3 Tbspunbleached white flour

4 lgeggs
-
1 csour cream
-
1 Tbspinstant coffee powder
-
1/4 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 cboiling water
How To Make cappuccino cheesecake

1Preheat oven to 325 F

2Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine and press onto bottom of a 9 inch springform cake pan. Bake for about 10 minutes, and remove from oven

3Increase oven temperature to 450 F

4Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour mixing at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.

5Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition

6Blend in sour cream

7Dissolve coffee powder and cinnamon in boiling water; let cool

8Gradually add coffee mixture to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended

9Pour over crust and bake at 450 F for 10 minutes

10Reduce oven temperature to 250 F and continue baking for 1 hour

11Loosen cake from pan; let cool before removing rim of pan

12Whipped cream and whole coffee beans make a simple garnish for this cheesecake; with the Oreo cookie crumbs you can buy nowadays for the crust, combined with dark chocolate-covered coffee beans and a chocolate whipped cream for garnish, give it more of a mocha flavor....yummy!
