Ingredients For cannoli

  • 1 15oz.
    container of polly-o ricotta cheese
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 16 lg
    cannoli shells

How To Make cannoli

    Stir ricotta cheese with confectioners' sugar adding confectioners' sugar only by sitting in it.

    When all mixed, put filling in refrigerator to help make the filling thick.

    Get 1 large ziploc bag and fill with cream. Snip te corner of the bag to squeeze cream in the cannoli shell.

    Sift confectioners' sugar over cannolis.
  • 5
    Note: If cream is too watery, add a little bit of flour at a time.
