Ingredients For cannoli filled phyllo pastry cups

  • 4 box
    phyllo pastry cups
  • 2 1/4 c
    whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 1/4 c
    mascapone cheese
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 c
    mini chocolate chips
  • pinch
    salt

How To Make cannoli filled phyllo pastry cups

    In a large bowl with an electric mixer combine all ingredients except phyllo cups and chocolate chips until creamy. Pipe or spoon filling into cups. Top with mini chocolate chips.
