cannoli dip
This is a go to recipe for me when I want something quick, easy, and "fancy." I prefer the vanilla bean paste because it presents a look that impresses and the yields a better flavor. Enjoy!!

15 ozricotta cheese

1 pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1½ cpowdered sugar

1 Tbspvanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

1 cchocolate chips, mini

1 ccherry pie filling

1 boxwaffle cones, broken into large pieces

1 boxvanilla wafers cookies

1 boxgraham crackers sticks
How To Make cannoli dip

1Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, with hand mixer until smooth.

2Slowly, add powdered sugar until incorporated with no sugar lumps.

3Add vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract (I used vanilla bean paste because it is visually appealing and taste better)

4Top with mini chocolate chip or cherry pie filling. Serve with cookies and broken waffle cones.
