cannoli dip

This is a go to recipe for me when I want something quick, easy, and "fancy." I prefer the vanilla bean paste because it presents a look that impresses and the yields a better flavor. Enjoy!!

Ingredients For cannoli dip

  • 15 oz
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1½ c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips, mini
  • 1 c
    cherry pie filling
  • 1 box
    waffle cones, broken into large pieces
  • 1 box
    vanilla wafers cookies
  • 1 box
    graham crackers sticks

How To Make cannoli dip

  • 1
    Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, with hand mixer until smooth.

    Slowly, add powdered sugar until incorporated with no sugar lumps.

    Add vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract (I used vanilla bean paste because it is visually appealing and taste better)
  • 4
    Top with mini chocolate chip or cherry pie filling. Serve with cookies and broken waffle cones.
