1 cwhole wheat-pastry flour

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 cbutterscotch morsels

2 Tbsphalf and half

3/4 cpacked brown sugar

3 Tbspcanola oil

3 Tbspbutter melted

1 tspvanilla extract

2 lgeggs

1/3 csemisweet chocolate chips

How To Make butterscotch blondies

1preheat oven to 350 degrees.Weigh or lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl; stir with a whisk until thoroughly combined.

2Combine butterscotch morsels and half an half in a medium microwave safe bowl; microwave on high for 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds. stir until smooth. Add brown sugar, canola oil, butter, vanilla, and eggs, beat with a mixer on high 2 minutes. Add flour mixture to butterscotch mixture, stirring just until combined. stir in chocolate chips.

3pour batter into a 8-inch square metle baking pan coated with cooking spray. bake for 40 min or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out with clinging. cool in pan . serve
