I created the first-ever Brownie Salad. It is like dessert on salad. Great with a glass of chocolate milk.

Ingredients For brownie salad

  • 3 c
    crumbled fresh baked brownie pieces (about 4 large brownies)
  • 1 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 c
    chopped granola bars
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate covered raisins
  • 1/2 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    whipped topping
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    caramel ice cream topping

How To Make brownie salad

    In a large bowl, combine brownie pieces, marshmallows, granola bar pieces, chocolate covered raisins, and chocolate chips; mix well for 3 minutes.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    For the dressing: add peanut butter, whipped topping, cream cheese, and vanilla extract in a small bowl; whisk together until smooth.

    Pour dressing over the brownie mixture. Drizzle with caramel ice cream topping.
