1 ptcoffee ice cream
- FOR COFFEE FLUFF:

2egg whites

1/8 tspsalt

1/4 csugar

1 tspinstant coffee powder

1/4 tspreal vanilla

1/4 cheavy cream,whipped
How To Make brownie alaska with coffee fluff

1Preheat oven to 450. Place parchment paper on baking sheet 1/2" over edges. Place brownie block on prepared baking sheet. Top with ice cream. Set aside.

2Make coffee fluff: Using electric mixer on high speed; beat egg whites and salt until frothy throughout. Beat in sugar and coffee a little at a time; beat until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.

3Completely cover ice cream with coffee fluff. Bake about 4 minutes. Top with shaved chocolate and serve.
