Found this in the newspaper yesterday and thought it sounded good. And I like nothing better than to share the good things in life!!

Ingredients For banana-coconut cream dessert

2 cbisquick mix

2 Tbspsugar

1/4 cfirm butter
-
1 pkg(4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 3/4 cmilk

2 mdbananas
-
2 cwhipped topping, thawed

1/4 ctoasted shredded coconut
-
1/4 ctoasted silvered almonds
How To Make banana-coconut cream dessert

1Heat oven 375 degrees.

2Mix biscuit mix and sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter, using a pastry blender or crisscrossing two knives, until crumbly.

3Press into bottom of ungreased 7X11 inch baking dish. Bake 13 to 15 min. or until light brown. Cool completely,about 30 min.

4Make pudding as directed on pkg., using 1&3/4 cups milk. Spread over crust. Top with bananas.Spread whipped cream over top. Sprinkle with coconut and almonds.

5Cover and refrigerate at least 1hr. but no longer than 24hrs.
