I was able to get a bunch of pumpkins from local pumpkin patches this year (all free!). The vendors just up and left the fields and the pumpkins to rot. So, I began researching recipes to use all my pumpkins! I found this recipe, and boy is it good. It is a pumpkin custard. It is very easy to make, and delicious to eat! I hope you all enjoy. Ingredients For baked pumpkin

  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 2
    eggs, medium
  • 2 c
    pumpkin puree
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make baked pumpkin

    Preheat oven to 450°F.

    Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

    Pour into a lightly greased shallow baking dish and bake 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
