I was able to get a bunch of pumpkins from local pumpkin patches this year (all free!). The vendors just up and left the fields and the pumpkins to rot. So, I began researching recipes to use all my pumpkins! I found this recipe, and boy is it good. It is a pumpkin custard. It is very easy to make, and delicious to eat! I hope you all enjoy. 1/4 cbutter, melted

2eggs, medium

2 cpumpkin puree

1 csugar

1 cmilk

1/2 cflour

1 tspvanilla

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspcinnamon
How To Make baked pumpkin

1Preheat oven to 450°F.

2Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

3Pour into a lightly greased shallow baking dish and bake 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
