My aunt from England gave this recipe to my nana who passed it down to me. Its sooooooo good :)

Ingredients For aunt val's crunch

  • 4 oz
    margarine or butter
  • 4 oz
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    heaping tsp. corn syrup
  • 4 oz
    coconut
  • 8 oz
    oatmeal

How To Make aunt val's crunch

    Melt first 3 ingredients together.

    Add coconut & oats. Mix well.

    Grease 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes

    Let cool. Cut into squares.
