Ingredients For aunt o's caramel frosting

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    whole milk
  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 30
    (kraft) caramels unwrapped from a 14oz bag

How To Make aunt o's caramel frosting

    in a double boiler boil sugar milk and margarine to soft ball stage
  • 2
    remove from heat and add unwrapped caramels and stir until blended.

    If it is not thick enough to spread, beat till the right consistancy. Spread on cake( 2 layer, 9x13, cupckes, or what ever.
