    loaves pepperidge farm bakery white bread
  • 2 8oz pkg
    cream cheese softened
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • CINNAMON/SUGAR TOPPING
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 6 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon

How To Make aunt janette's blintzes

    Cut all the crusts off bread. Flatten each piece with a rolling pin. Combine all ingredients of the filling and spread on each piece. Roll up. In a pan melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter. In a separate bowl combine 6 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Dip rolled up bread in butter and then roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with pam and Refrigerate for one hour. After an hour cut each in half. Bake at 350 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes or until light brown.
