This is another great recipe that I found on one of my favorite websites called Heavenly Homemakers. I love how it includes whole grains & healthy fats.

Ingredients For apricot bars

1 cbutter, melted
-
3/4 choney
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1/2 cmilk or buttermilk
-
2 lgeggs
-
2 cwhole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)

1 1/2 coats
-
1/2 cshredded coconut
-
1/4 csesame seeds
-
3/4 cdried apricots, cut into small pieces
How To Make apricot bars

1Combine the honey & butter in a bowl.

2Add baking soda, salt, vanilla, milk & eggs.

3Stir in flour, oats, coconut & sesame seeds.

4Fold in apricot pieces.

5Spread into a greased 13x9 baking pan & bake at 350' for about 25 minutes.

6Cool & cut into bars.
