I found this recipe on the Internet and thought it was perfect for Thanksgiving! I tried it and loved it! And what's great about this snack is that its healthy too! This is a no-bake recipe!

Ingredients For acorn bites

1 ckellogg's all-bran cereal

1/3 cplain pumpkin puree

1/3 choney
-
2/3 csweetened shredded coconut

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 1/3 cinstant oatmeal

1/2 tspcinnamon powder

1/2 cchocolate chips
-
1/4 csesame seeds - toasted
How To Make acorn bites

1In a medium size bowl, stir together the first 7 ingredients.

2Then chill the dough while your melting the chocolate.

3Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.

4Remove chilled dough from fridge and form into about 20-24 one inch oblong shaped balls.

5Dip one end of the shaped dough into the melted chocolate then dip into the toasted sesame seeds. Place a piece of the All-Bran cereal into the top to form a stem. Do this for all the dough balls. Then chill until ready to serve.
