Ingredients For 3 step lemon cheesecake bars

  • 1 1/2 c
    soft coconut macaroon cookie crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    margerine,melted
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese,softened/8 ounce each
  • 1/2 lg
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon zest and1 tbsp. lemon fresh juice from one lemon
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 lg
    eggs

How To Make 3 step lemon cheesecake bars

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    Press cookie crumbs and melted margerine into bottom of an 8 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray

    beat the cream cheese,sugar,lemom zest,lemon juice and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer until well blended

    add eggs,one at a time,mixing well,pour over crust

    BAKE:20-25 minutes or until center is almost set

    COOL COMPLETELY;REFRIGERATE several hours or overnight

    Cut into bars.
