Ingredients For 3 step lemon cheesecake bars

1 1/2 csoft coconut macaroon cookie crumbs

2 Tbspmargerine,melted

2 pkgcream cheese,softened/8 ounce each

1/2 lgsugar
-
1/2 tsplemon zest and1 tbsp. lemon fresh juice from one lemon

1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
2 lgeggs
How To Make 3 step lemon cheesecake bars

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Press cookie crumbs and melted margerine into bottom of an 8 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray

3beat the cream cheese,sugar,lemom zest,lemon juice and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer until well blended

4add eggs,one at a time,mixing well,pour over crust

5BAKE:20-25 minutes or until center is almost set

6COOL COMPLETELY;REFRIGERATE several hours or overnight

7Cut into bars.
