This recipe is made with goat milk. I am sure it would work with cow's milk too. It isn't like ice cream in that it isn't as creamy, however it is just as delicious and refreshing. It is also sugar free. This makes about 1.5 quarts of ice milk.

Ingredients For vanilla ice (sugar free)

  • 1 lg
    whole egg
  • 2/3 c
    xylitol
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp
    celtic sea salt
  • 3 c
    goat milk

How To Make vanilla ice (sugar free)

    First, I grind my Xylitol in my magic bullet so it's a finer consistency. Beat the egg and gradually add the Xylitol.

    Add the remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly. I used my hand blender to mix this.

    Pour into your ice cream maker and turn it on. Let it get thick like ice cream, then transfer to a container and let it freeze for several hours.
